Oral Surgery
Oral Surgery includes small operations with the use of local anesthesia, most common of which are:
– the removal of impacted or semi-impacted wisdom teeth
– the removal of lesions of the oral mucosa and their dispatch for biopsy to a specialized pathology lab
– the exposure of impacted teeth in order to place orthodontic retainers (braces) and
– the placement of implants.
Our office collaborates with a specialized maxillofacial surgeon for the implementation of such operations. They take place in the strictest conditions of asepsis and with the smallest possible surgical trauma so that the patient will have the best post-surgical and healing experience.
